We cover all general household pests such as ants, spiders, centipedes, etc. Non-general pests like termites, bed bugs, and wildlife are not included, but we can refer you to a licensed provider for those services.
The cost for treatment helps keep the monthly fee low and prevents unnecessary treatments. You only pay it once the service is completed.
Once you have joined, you can request service by contacting our us through email, text, or phone call. We’ll coordinate the visit for you.
Service requests are scheduled promptly based on your location and pest issue. Most customers can expect service within a few business days, depending on availability.
Pest activity may continue temporarily after treatment due to the nature of the products used. If the same pest issue persists after 21 days, we will coordinate one follow-up visit at no additional charge.
Yes. All treatments are performed by licensed professionals using products and methods approved for residential use. We avoid unnecessary spraying to minimize chemical exposure.
There is no long-term contract. However, because we keep the monthly price low, an early cancellation fee applies during your first 12 months. This helps ensure fair use of the service.
Yes. You can request cancellation at any time. If you cancel within your first 12 months, an early termination fee may apply, capped at the lower of $150 or your remaining balance of the first year. After your first year, you can cancel with no fee.
